After years of temping, I finally found an agency that really cares about me and what I need. I was going to type "cares about the employee" but that'd be a disservice to G&A, the whole team treat me as a person and have had my back when I needed it. I cannot stress enough how satisfied I have been working through G&A. Leanne has really listened to my needs and asked the right questions at the right time to ensure I have been employed in two amazing placements this year at world renowned institutions, without an inconvenient lengthy gap or delay in pay. It's great communicating with everyone at this agency, as I look back over the emails I have exchanged they are so polite, respectful, friendly, caring and packed with instances of them going out of their way to anticipate my needs. I know I am not alone in this opinion as I work with a number of other G&A temps in my office and this is the opinion across the whole group.
