Your Role and Impact:
- Serve as the initial and most crucial contact for students, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the application process.
- Coordinate with candidates, faculty, and staff to organize interviews and campus visits, creating memorable first impressions.
- Lead and innovate in student recruitment strategies, building global networks and relationships.
- Streamline the enrolment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for applicants.
- Represent the institution at national and international events, including academic fairs and open days.
- Analyze admissions data using cutting-edge tools, contributing to strategic admissions decisions and process improvements.
- Regularly update and consult with senior admissions members, offering insights and recommendations to enhance our admissions approach.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in higher education admissions, office management, and student recruitment, especially international student engagement.
- Deep understanding of admissions processes in the UK and US higher education sectors.
- Proficiency in student visa procedures for the UK.
- Adept in organizing and participating in marketing and recruitment events.
- Willing and able to travel extensively for recruitment purposes and international fairs.
- Strong multitasking abilities and consistent communication skills across various organizational levels.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in IT (Google Workspace, AdobePro) and familiar with platforms like Zoom, Teams, and Google Hangouts.
- Experience in an international team setting is a valuable asset.
