This strategic role sits at the heart of academic planning and will suit someone who enjoys turning insight into action, supporting new course ideas, and guiding proposals through approval and governance processes.
What you will do
- Analyse internal and external data to produce clear, evidence-based recommendations
- Support academic teams in shaping new courses and educational initiatives
- Prepare business cases and documentation for senior decision-making
- Coordinate the flow of portfolio proposals through strategic and academic committees
- Review and evaluate the performance of existing courses
- Horizon-scan creative sector trends and emerging opportunities
What we are looking for
- Experience in academic planning, quality, HE strategy, curriculum development, business intelligence or similar
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
