What We Are Looking For
This role would suit a seasoned HR Partner who has supported redundancy consultations, organisational change programmes or restructures and is comfortable managing complex employee relations matters. Given the short-term nature of the assignment, prior experience within the Higher Education sector is essential to enable the successful candidate to quickly become effective and add value from the outset.
