We are recruiting for an organised, reliable Administrator to join a busy North London Systems Engineering Firm. The company are very busy and this is a new role within an established team to meet the extra demand. The company is a well-established firm who offer a very friendly working environment. The role is office-based working as part of an administration team, a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy office, performing varied tasks and liaising with people at all levels.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Supporting the Directors and Manager with providing high quality and detailed client service
- Dealing with adhoc client enquiries
- Input, update and maintaining the CRM system (training to be provide)
- Diary management, coordinating appointments and scheduling engineers
- Invoice preparation, distribution, monitoring, logging and follow up if required
- Stock management and distribution
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Efficient Administration and Organisation skills
- Self-motivated with a professional attitude
- Good attention to detail and computer literate
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Experience of working in a team environment that is fast paced at times
- High level of communication skills, able to communicate clearly to both internal and external parties
- Experience working within a service based organisation and booking engineers would be ideal but not a necessity
