Job Description

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional ready to take charge and make a real impact? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, managing everything from office operations to executive support? If so, this may be the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Business Operations Manager, you’ll provide high-level support to my clients leadership team.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Manage diaries and appointments, ensuring our execs are always in the right place at the right time.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, making business trips seamless and stress-free.
  • Draft polished correspondence, create PowerPoint presentations, and maintain records.
  • Take the lead on key office projects and initiatives, driving them to success.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and fun away days that keep our team inspired and connected.
  • Welcome visitors with warmth and hospitality, making everyone feel at home.
  • Keep the office running like a well-oiled machine—order supplies, manage office budgets, liaise with contractors, and more.
  • Handle staff onboarding/offboarding and ensure our office is compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Take charge of office security, renewals and subscriptions.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in office management or administrative roles where you’ve honed your ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Independence: You take initiative and can handle tasks autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility: You can adapt to the needs of the day and jump from one task to another with ease.
  • Tech-Savvy: Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confident with digital tools.
  • Discretion: You handle confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism.

If you're a natural problem-solver, an organizational wizard, and ready to bring your A-game to this pivotal role, we’d love to hear from you!
