Key Responsibilities
- Develop business: Drive revenue growth by building relationships with external clients and identifying new market opportunities. Proactively develop leads, negotiate contracts, and manage client accounts.
- Finance & Budget Management: Prepare, forecast, and manage budgets, ensuring activities run profitably and align with financial targets.
- Planning & Project Management: Oversee the delivery of a diverse portfolio of Executive Education and short courses, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics and resources.
- Communication: Develop proposals, write engaging content for marketing materials, and maintain accurate course information across IOE’s platforms.
- Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of enterprise activities, using participant feedback to enhance offerings and customer experience.
- Leadership: Manage and mentor the Enterprise Administrator, fostering a culture of excellence and career development.
