Job Description

 
We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrative Assistant to join one of London's leading Research Institutes. The role is fully office based.

Working with a research team you will provide a range of administrative support including:
  • Printing and Preparing document packs
  • Laminating posters, pocket cards
  • Compiling site files for international collaborators
  • Saving documents in Trial Master file
  • Updating site trackers
  • Uploading contacts to database
  • Responding to emails, acknowledging receipt of documentation and following up any other information/documents required.
  • You will be working with a Trial administrator, and we need somebody methodical who understands the importance of document management and who will print, compile files and file in the TMF and other tasks in this capacity.
Any experience in the HE, Research or Clinical trials environment would be beneficial.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
  • Proven recent relevant office experience.
  • Good IT skills, including proven proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • High degree of accuracy and the ability to pay close attention to detail and presentation.
  • Organised approach with the ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent numeric skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to working effectively as part of a team.
  • A flexible approach to work responsibilities.
