THIS ROLE IS 100% OFFICE BASED.  The role is full-time 35 hours per week, working hours will be 9am-5pm Monday to Friday 

We are currently recruiting for an admin support to join one of London's leading Research Institutes and log and store project records and documentation.
The role will involve:

Day-to-day Duties

    • Assist the C4 trial team in tracking and sending trial investigational medicinal products (IMP), and other trial materials to participating sites.
    • Log and maintain trial documents received from participating sites within the trial database and Trial Master File (TMF), ensuring records are complete and up to date.
    • Support the procurement process, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records under the supervision of the trial team.
    • Monitor, organise and file trial documentation and consumables for UK participating sites.
    • Prepare site documentation packs, including printing, assembling and dispatching trial documents,  certificates and other study materials required for participant recruitment and trial conduct.
    • Coordinate the shipment of trial documents, study materials, and essential supplies to participating sites and collaborators, ensuring timely delivery.
    • Prepare and distribute participant and collaborator recognition materials, including gift incentives and certificates, in accordance with study procedures.
    • Provide general administrative support to the trial team to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of clinical trials.
    • Attend weekly trial meetings and take minutes are required

    Person specification – computer/other skills

    • Recent and relevant experience in an administrative or clerical role
    • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and take initiative in completing allocated tasks.
    • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Experience of using email, the internet and electronic filing systems
    • Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information appropriately
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also managing routine tasks independently
    • A willingness to learn new systems and procedures and undertake training relevant to the role
