Job Description

 We are looking for an organised experienced HR/Recruitment candidate to help in this period of growth.  My client recruits national and international staff and need someone to assist with the coordination of interviews across the institution.  Start asap – you must be available for 3 months.

 Excellent communication and organisations skills are essential as you will be responsible for the coordination of interviews, the first point-of-contact for general recruitment, therefore you will be responsible for setting a great first impression to external and internal stakeholders.

 The role will involve:

  • Supporting a busy recruitment team with end-to-end recruitment tasks.
  • Organising remote and face to face interview schedules accurately. Many of our candidates are international applicants, therefore experience in organizing calendars and tracking time zones are a must.
  • Confirming panel availability, booking meetings rooms, and producing interview packs.
  • Daily maintenance of The Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure that all relevant information is kept up to date and recorded accurately.
  • Update and upload recruitment templates on the Intranet.
  • Manage the recruitment mailbox and deal with applicants’ queries, escalate complex queries to the Recruitment Business Partner or to the relevant Recruitment Officer.
  • Create contracts and offer packs for employment of successful candidates.
  • Calculate pro-rated salary and annual leave.
  • Input data entry and document management tasks associated with the recruitment and the new starter process.

 The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Professional qualification or previous working experience in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience gained within an internal Recruitment or HR function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with a wide range of stakeholders, from peers to Program Directors.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to deal with applicants and hiring managers providing guidance or support in a timely and accurate manner.
