Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and personable Administrative Assistant to support a busy dynamic professional services team.  You will play a hands on role supporting daily operations and working closely with colleagues in the office every day.

This is an involved, people facing position suited to someone who enjoys being at the centre of activity, keeping things running smoothly, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Skills and Experience
• Proven administrative or assistant experience
• Strong events management skills, including planning, coordination, and on site support
• Experience arranging complex travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and documentation
• Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail with confident problem solving ability
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Confident use of standard office software
• Discrete, trustworthy, and professional manner
• Proactive, positive, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a close knit team
