Job Description

We are looking for a vibrant and charismatic person who will work with and support an enigmatic and creative training Director.  As specialists in emotionally intelligent communication skills training excellent communications skills are a prerequisite.  Someone who will be approachable and warm with potential trainees or clients on the phone and face to face.  You will enjoy being one step ahead of the game when you are on site supporting a training event.  This role would suit a person who enjoys a varied workload; no two days will be the same – some days on site, some days in client meetings, sourcing venues, supporting trainers, liaising with delegates, organising logistics and ensuring all training events are gold standard.

There will be the opportunity to grow this role and make it very much your own, and would therefore suit a person who is a self-starter, enjoys autonomy and creative freedom to establish systems and processes.  Role is hybrid.

We are seeking a confident person who is adaptable, capable and has a can-do approach to problem solving. You’ll work well under pressure, and be able to find the joy in the work and those you work with.

The role will include:

  • Managing the booking process for all courses, including participant registration, scheduling, and coordination of course dates.
  • Handling all administrative tasks related to the courses, including invoicing, payment processing, and purchasing of necessary materials and supplies.
  • Arranging all course-related activities, including sourcing venues, room setup, catering and refreshments, IT checks, and distribution of course materials (handbooks, papers, slides, etc.).
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all course participants, providing information and support before, during, and after the course.
  • Working closely with the Training Director to ensure the smooth delivery of courses and the development of new training materials.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve course delivery and participant experience.
  • Providing a welcoming and professional presence for participants, ensuring a positive first impression and excellent customer service.
  • Prioritising and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Utilising excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write professional letters and emails.
  • Providing outstanding customer care, with high levels of emotional intelligence.
