Why checking in with our temps matters so much 💬😊
At Gray & Associates, our relationship with our temps doesn’t stop once they’ve started a placement. We make a point of regularly checking in during bookings - not just to ensure everything’s running smoothly for the client, but to support our temps and celebrate their successes too.
We had a message from one of our brilliant temps today and it made our whole team smile:

This is exactly why we do what we do. These small moments of connection tell us the assignment is going well, the culture fits and most importantly, our candidates feel supported and valued.
