We are speaking with many hiring managers at present who are struggling to recruit, for many reasons. The main reason we are hearing is they aren't attracting suitable candidates with their adverts. The second reason being they just don't have the time to sift through CVs and application packs, schedule time for one / two interviews, with various candidates and then arrange all of the new starter documentation.
Whilst this is a problem, it's not unsolvable. We will happily take the pain out of this process for you! As we have done so for three new clients in the last couple of weeks, we will:
🌟 Advertise your role on various job boards and social media channels.
🌟 We will then sift through (sometimes hundreds) applications to identify potentially suitable candidates and hold initial interviews with those selected to confirm their suitability.
🌟 These candidates will then be registered with our agency, which includes gathering references and right to work documentation.
🌟 At this stage, we will forward the CVs to you, with a profile about the candidate and suitable interview times.
🌟 You hold the interviews and once a successful candidate is selected, we will take care of the starting info and required documentation.
