Why do Executive Assistants need expertise in Dairy Management to succeed?

We review 100’s of CV’s every week to source the very best Executive Assistants to provide a wide range of support to our clients.  However, to date we have never been asked to find an EA with dairy management skills.   However, according to many of the CV’s we review it is a freely available skill listed on many CV’s, just after excellent attention to detail.

This is a sample of one of the common mistakes on CV’s.  It shows not only lack of attention to detail but shows the EA does not proofread and check documentation before sending.  Anyone submitting their CV’s please do not rely on spell check.  Proofread your CV and remove errors such as Dairy Management.
