Christina Gray, Managing Director, of Gray & Associates Recruitment Services Successfully Completed Designated Safeguarding Officer Training with APSCO. 

As part of our ongoing commitment to Safeguarding Children in Education Christina explained ‘Having been a major supplier within the education sector for over 25 years we are committed to ensuring all our staff, whether internal or supply have access to safeguarding training and support.  This is a real commitment.  It is my role to ensure we are up to date and aware of all legislation and processes in order to support our teachers and other staff currently being supplied to schools and educational establishments throughout London’. 

Gray and Associates Teaching Division (GAT) go beyond statutory safeguarding standards and aim for excellence in competency selection and service quality.  GAT have achieved Compliance + certification and our procedures and processes are audited and recognised by ISO 9001 as a quality management system.  It is our attention to detail and compliance that helps our service stand out and one of the reasons GAT are a nominated Crown Commerical Supplier for the Supply of Teachers and Temporary Staff in Educational Establishments. 

Not all agencies are the same.  GAT work hard to support our supply staff and match them with the right school.
