I am delighted to announce a special promotion that has brought much excitement and joy to our team. It is with great pleasure that I share the news of a well-deserved promotion for one of our exceptional employees.

After careful consideration and evaluation, I am pleased to announce that Leanne Sangster has been promoted to Associate Director. Many of you will know that Leanne has headed up our temporary staffing division for many years.  She began her life with Gray & Associates as a trainee consultant, working her way up to Senior Manager before this latest promotion. 

Leanne has consistently demonstrated outstanding dedication, skill, and a strong commitment to our success. Her hard work, perseverance, and exceptional contributions have not gone unnoticed.

Leanne has always exhibited exceptional leadership qualities, a keen attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. She has consistently gone above and beyond expectations, and her positive impact on our internal team, candidates and clients has been remarkable.

As Associate Director Leanne will take on increased responsibilities, leading and guiding her team with expertise and enthusiasm. Her wealth of knowledge and experience will undoubtedly contribute to the continued growth and success of our company.
