I have actually worked with a few different recruitment agencies and each time, I myself, would be doing all the chasing for timesheets, payments, information, waiting for them to reply back to my emails and calls and basically everything else. Amani was/is my recruitment advisor, though I don't doubt anyone who works here is helpful. The level of service I received from Amani was outstanding. I have nothing but good things to say about Leanne Sangster and the team at Gray and Associates. Having temped for nearly six years and having worked with several agencies, my experience with Grays has definitely been the best of the lot.
Processes and the pay structures are transparent and easy to understand. With some agencies I've worked with, pay slips often left me confused: never being able to completely understand the logic behind the amount of deductions being made. Gray's pay slips, on the other hand, are clear, and I never was in doubt about what amount of pay would be going into my account each week.
The Grays website is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and it's always up to date. Unlike the websites of many agencies, jobs that are no longer available are removed from the site.
I would not hesitate to accept the chance of working with Grays again in the future.
